SandriftAI-Schoolhouse is a free, AI-assisted educational service developed by Sandrift LLC. It is intended to help people learn, explore subjects, practice reasoning, and ask educational questions. It is not a replacement for a school, accredited institution, licensed professional, or emergency service.

1. Product Description
SandriftAI-Schoolhouse is an educational web application developed by Sandrift LLC. The public Free version provides access to structured courses, educational topics, AI-assisted lessons, explanations, questions, illustrations, and related learning activities.

SandriftAI-Schoolhouse uses third-party technologies and services, including the OpenAI API, as part of its operation. Sandrift LLC develops and controls the Schoolhouse application, course architecture, interface, educational workflow, and integration logic. Sandrift LLC does not claim ownership of third-party AI models, services, libraries, trademarks, or software.

2. Educational and Informational Use Only
SandriftAI-Schoolhouse is intended for educational and informational use. It is not a substitute for accredited instruction, licensed teaching, professional tutoring, emergency services, or professional medical, legal, psychological, financial, engineering, technical, or other specialized advice.

Users should independently verify information when accuracy is important, especially before making decisions involving health, safety, law, finances, or other consequential matters.

3. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
Some lessons, explanations, questions, summaries, examples, and other materials may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

4. Use of OpenAI Services
SandriftAI-Schoolhouse uses the OpenAI API to support AI-assisted educational interactions. OpenAI operates the underlying AI services used through the API. Sandrift LLC did not create or train those underlying OpenAI models.

SandriftAI-Schoolhouse is an independent Sandrift LLC product. It is not an OpenAI product and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with OpenAI except as a customer using OpenAI services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' own terms, availability, technical limitations, and data-handling practices.

5. Temporary Free-Session Information
The public Free version of SandriftAI-Schoolhouse is designed without a permanent student account. To provide a continuous learning session, Schoolhouse may temporarily retain limited session information such as:

This information is used to operate the active learning session and personalize lesson presentation. The Free version is designed so that this temporary session information does not become a permanent student profile after the session expires or is cleared.

Because Schoolhouse uses external AI services, information included in a user's prompts or lesson interactions may be transmitted to those services as necessary to generate a response. Users should not enter passwords, financial account details, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information into Schoolhouse.

6. Minors and Responsible Use
SandriftAI-Schoolhouse is intended for educational use by learners of different ages. Age information may be used to adjust vocabulary, pacing, complexity, and explanation depth.

Parents, guardians, teachers, and other responsible adults should use reasonable judgment when deciding how minors use AI-assisted educational systems. SandriftAI-Schoolhouse does not guarantee that every generated response will be perfectly age-appropriate, complete, or error-free.

7. Course Materials and Assessments
Schoolhouse courses, lessons, review activities, and assessments are educational aids. Completion of a Schoolhouse course does not by itself award academic credit, professional certification, licensure, a diploma, or an accredited credential unless Sandrift LLC expressly states otherwise in writing.

Course scope, sequencing, images, explanations, questions, and assessment methods may be revised as Schoolhouse develops.

8. Audio, Browser, and Device Features
Optional audio, microphone, speech-input, or speech-output features may depend on browser capabilities, device permissions, network conditions, and current Schoolhouse configuration.

Sandrift LLC does not guarantee that audio or speech features will function on every browser, operating system, network, or device.

9. Availability and Internet Dependence
The public Free version of SandriftAI-Schoolhouse is an online service and requires network access for normal use. Availability may be affected by:

12. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party materials, Sandrift LLC owns its original SandriftAI-Schoolhouse application code, interface design, course architecture, educational organization, integration logic, branding, original documentation, and other original materials created by Sandrift LLC.

Nothing on this page transfers ownership of Sandrift LLC intellectual property or third-party intellectual property to a user.

13. No Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANDRIFTAI-SCHOOLHOUSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SANDRIFT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON SANDRIFTAI-SCHOOLHOUSE.
